Step Two We will come to your business for an Initial HR Assessment. We will speak with you and your senior leadership (SLT) and try to quickly uncover which changes would have maximum impact for you. We will write up our finding and provide you with a report for us to discuss.

Step Three We have a video call with you and your SLT to discuss your HR Assessment Report and you can guide us on which areas you would like to tackle. We can also discuss budgets. We will go away and put together an HR Action Plan and a Cost Plan to suit your requirement.

Step Four We will have a second video call to finalise your HR Action and Cost Plan.

Step Five Deliver your HR Action Plan
